At Home Wellness offers flexible dates and times for in-your-own-home instruction. Classes are run by the hour and are tailor made to each individual. All start at the beginner level and focus on promoting inner strength, calm and harmony.
Kimberley focuses on mostly Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga in order to help retrain the brain-body connection to one that is more focused on healing and holistic wellness. Promoting blood flow, breathing and mental health through gentle technique and kind approach.
Community classes offered throughout the year, both on a private residence-surrounded by nature and in local community centres.

Private sessions are offered Monday through Saturday at reasonable rates. Inquire for schedule availability. Online tutorials offered worldwide, and may include life coaching and mental wellness support if desired.
Early Morning sessions offered from March 7-August 29th 2020 at 6am Friday, Saturday & Sunday every week.
Thursday & Friday evening sessions at 7pm throughout the summer May2020-September 2020.
Saturday afternoon classes on a private residence offered at 2pm and 4pm weekly March 14-August 29th 2020. Post practice tea and debrief follow each Saturday session. Inquire for availability and booking.
